What I offer

Individual Yoga Therapy Sessions

One on one sessions that are customized to your physical and emotional health. After completing an intake and assessment we work together to create a daily wellness plan that includes breathing, gentle movements and meditation to reduce pain, fatigue, depression and anxiety. 

Behavioral Health Sessions

I develop patient centered programs that offer an integrative approach to wellness by providing evidence based information, strategies & tools that can be used to reduce physical & emotional stress. This whole person approach supports sustainability and resiliency through nervous system regulation, accessible movement, breathing and meditation. These sessions are offered virtually for outpatient programs.

Yoga for Back Care Series

6 week class series focusing on movements to assist in relieving chronic back pain. We will explore how to safely release and strengthen the spine when you are managing sciatica, herniated/bulging discs, scoliosis or tight back muscles. This can be done in conjunction with physical therapy. 

Chronic Pain Immersion

200 HR Yoga Alliance teacher training for anyone living with chronic pain. You will learn breathing techniques, accessible movement, meditation and the philosophy of yoga. You will develop a personal yoga practice that will support you physically, emotionally and spiritually. Upon completion of this training, you will have the tools to teach others how to adapt their yoga practice to what they need on a daily basis. We meet virtually, once a week for 12 months. Anyone living with chronic pain is welcome!
